After the Microsoft acquisition, seems like Nokia has been accelerating in making Lumias like Samsung(We know the Galaxy line up very well). When all leading Brands boasted their Big Screen Phablet devices, Nokia kept calm. And now they are back with a bang with two 6″ devices that would steal the show. Nokia Lumia 1520 and Nokia Lumia 1320 are the latest and the first phablet devices under the Windows Phone Category.
Nokia Lumia 1520 has a 6″ display with 1080×1920 pixels Full HD LCD screen, that’s 367 PPI for your eyes. This adds a third row of Live Tiles for the first time in Windows Phone. PureMotion HD+- Technology with Nokia’s clear black filter will result in a gorgeous display in sunshine.
If you are a Windows Phone user then you would probably know about the fluidity and the speed of the Windows OS. But this Phone is here to blow away all the benchmarks. With quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor clocked at 2.2 GHz and a massive 2 GB of RAM is the ultimate combination.
The battery is also of 3400 mAh, that would be enough for this baby to keep the lights on for the whole day of usage. Along with 4G, LTE, NFC and WLAN features.
Lumia Phones are known for their cameras and the Lumia 1520 also keeps the head up with its 20.7 MP PureView Carl Zeiss lens with optical image stabilization.
Surely this one is the Flagship device of Nokia and deserves a premium prices. So it should cost around $649-749. The device should be available by the Christmas season in US for sure.
